- Membership program is NOT applicable to orders made through 3rd party apps, ie. GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and Baemin.
- Membership program CANNOT be combined with other promotions (if any).
- Membership points are earned based on the final value(s) of your purchase after promotions (if any), EXCLUDING taxes, service fees and shipping fees.
- Points are calculated at the rate of one (1) point for every one thousand (1,000) VND.
- Customers’ phone numbers will be used as membership ID’s, and are required for every purchase prior to checkout to receive points.
- Membership rewards and benefits CANNOT be converted to cash.
- Primal Grill has the right to change and/or adjust any terms and conditions of the Membership program without any announcement.
